grows and expands in odd ways, I’ve remained focused upon the
elements that allow for career longevity by connecting with the
core of a personal trainer’s power. The curriculum is built upon
this core. It is timeless. It is solid. It is 8-months long.
The first
90 days will hurt your brain, will have you challenging yourself
at such a high-intensity you’ll wonder if it’s worth it, and after
Month 3, it just clicks. You’ll love the click. It’s a signal
of change, embraceable joyous change. That click is the beginning
of an undying sense of effortless prosperity.
I now have
several vehicles for delivering the Be Better curriculum, and
the monthly investments range from less than most trainers charge
for a single session up to $325 per month to go through the complete

At this
point, two months into the curriculum, you're changed. You see
things differently. You realize that you have the power to affect
people and outcomes in a very positive way. You find yourself
awed by the new people who seem to have accidentlally arrived
in your life and by the new money that's beginning to flow toward
you. Despite the change, you're not fully comfortable. You find
yourself questioning your thoughts and actions. Because you have
a new awareness, you become acutely cognizant of the way your
expressions and actions affect others. You know you're growing,
you're anxious and excited, but you struggle with a sense of overwhelm.
Fear creeps in asking you whether you're really ready for the
prosperity you're heading toward. All of this is not only normal,
it's consistent. It's a predecessor to the click. Month 3 is the
most transitional of all.

90 Days
after you've started, the change is tangible. Not only are you
different, but things seem to take on an entirely new sense of
ease, and with that you find yourself willing to take on greater
challenge. It begins to feel as if all of those actions and energies
that require thought and analysis become automatic, thus, the
process begins to take on a sense of being effortless. This is
where the fun begins.
In the
months to come you learn to design outcomes that you know you'll
achieve, you find thrilling ways of creating revenue without ever
having to abandon your core business, and your reach increases
as far as you choose to take it. Relationships become more gratifying,
others seem to be magnetized by your abilities and your confidence,
and you come to understand elements of business that might have
once seemed intimidating. With this new understanding you have
complete responsiblity for your future. Up until now, personal
fitness trainers weren't supposed to have this type of power.
